These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dogo mobile application ("App") and its related services, features, content, and functionality provided by Dogo ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. 2. Description of Service Dogo provides a mobile application that allows users to log in, make restaurant or grocery purchases, communicate with maintenance technicians, and request home delivery services ("Services"). The App is marketing-oriented and may display data for advertisers and sellers. 3. User Accounts To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL DOGO OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. 9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
